What you'll do

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, define project goals, and establish clear timelines.

• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and proficiency in project management software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the banking industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is preferred.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
