Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects with complex requirements and tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
