Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations or a similar role, with a solid understanding of operational processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on findings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Familiarity with banking software and operational tools is an advantage.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
