What you'll do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive credit risk management framework that aligns with the bank's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments for new and existing clients, utilizing quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate creditworthiness.
- Monitor and analyze the credit portfolio's performance, identifying trends and potential areas of concern to inform decision-making.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; a master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in credit risk management or a related field within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in credit risk modeling and assessment techniques, with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and driving performance improvements.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with risk management software and tools, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
