We are seeking an entry-level DataTech Consultant to join WebFX where you will partner with clients to define technical approaches and execute on analytics strategy. What you'll do
Design tracking frameworks and implement structures within analytics ecosystems to support client objectives.
Conduct backend analysis and configuration focused on accuracy, data integrity, and validation of tag implementation.
Review client data tracking platforms and content management systems to recommend optimal configurations for their needs.
Refine analytics configurations based on observed performance metrics and direct client feedback.
Provide expert guidance on technical and analytical matters to clients, helping them advance their core objectives.
Work with spreadsheet and productivity platforms such as Excel and Google Suite to manage and present data insights.
Gain experience with web measurement platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Google Ads to support implementation.
Interact with customer relationship systems, including Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive, as part of standard client workflows.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including marketers and account managers to clarify goals and tracking requirements.
Collaborate with the Martech development team to build marketing automations and data integrations that scale.
Dedicate time to mastering WebFX internal systems, including software suite and proprietary platforms.
Guide clients through solutions such as RevenueCloudFX and explain how these platforms address specific business challenges.
Allocate approximately 40% of your time to direct client interaction and advisory work.
Allocate roughly 30% of your responsibilities to backend analysis and technical configuration tasks.
Allocate about 20% of your work to coordination with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Allocate the remaining 10% of your time to developing domain expertise in WebFX tools and methodologies.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a completed Bachelor's Degree or be within their final year of study in any academic field.
A minimum GPA of 3.4 is required for eligibility in this role.
We actively interview candidates who are about to graduate and may hire up to one year before degree completion.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential for success in this position.
Experience serving customers, regardless of industry, is beneficial but not required.
You must possess strong analytical capabilities and research skills to interpret data and derive insights.
