Growth Marketing Intern
Job description
About the role
You will own the operational execution that powers Relay's performance marketing engine, turning campaign concepts into live, tracked activations across paid social, paid search, connected TV, and direct mail. You will absorb complex marketing systems from first principles and rapidly translate them into reliable workflows that the team depends on. You will communicate findings and recommendations with precision, making it possible for data to drive decisions rather than intuition. You will act as the quality gate for launches, ensuring budgets, tracking, and creative assets move through compliance and into production without delay. You will treat every metric as a signal, diagnosing what is working and what should be cut so the brand only pays for performance. You will partner daily with design, agency partners, and analysts to keep creative and tracking aligned with business goals. You will build and maintain the spreadsheets and documentation that keep the team's budget and timelines transparent and predictable.
