About the Role
WebFx is actively searching for an entry-level professional to join our Earned Media department and manage the entire content production lifecycle from start to finish. In this capacity, you will own the strategic assignment of projects, ensuring that the right writer is matched with the correct client brief every single time. You will serve as the primary troubleshooter for the team, identifying and resolving project snags before they impact the client timeline or deliverable quality. This role requires a proactive mindset where you will process client revision requests and efficiently reassign projects to keep workflows moving smoothly. You will act as the central communication hub, answering detailed questions from writers and marketers regarding specific project requirements and objectives. Furthermore, you will mentor a team of over 12 copywriters and editors, helping them navigate challenges and improve their output. Your analytical abilities will be crucial as you use data and feedback to make informed decisions about project status and resource allocation. Ultimately, you will foster a positive team culture by coordinating bond-building initiatives and promoting operational excellence across the board.

What you'll do
Investigate project status and identify bottlenecks within the content production workflow to ensure timely completion for all clients.
Assign projects strategically by matching the appropriate writer skillsets with specific client needs while managing urgent revision requests.
Analyze complex project requirements and answer detailed questions from writers and marketers regarding scope and deliverables.
Troubleshoot unexpected project obstacles and implement swift solutions to keep the editorial pipeline moving without delay.
Mentor a team of 12+ copywriters and editors by providing actionable feedback on both hard and soft skills development.
Track individual team member workloads and deadlines meticulously to ensure the department hits all production targets.
Conduct regular 1-on-1 check-ins with writers and editors to discuss performance, roadblocks, and professional development goals.
Identify distinct individual strengths and areas for improvement within the team to create personalized growth plans.
Collaborate with peers in similar roles to simplify shared tasks and take ownership of cross-functional responsibilities.
Act as the main liaison between the copywriting staff and the marketing department regarding project updates and client expectations.
Plan and execute process improvement initiatives designed to streamline workflows and boost overall team efficiency.
Lead participation in special projects that support team operations, client satisfaction, and broader company objectives.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal WebFX teams regarding the status of ongoing projects and client needs.
Promote a culture of quality by ensuring that all work produced meets the highest standards before client delivery.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's Degree, and all academic majors are welcome for this position.
You are a current graduate who is expected to obtain your degree within the very near future, and we encourage you to apply.
You have successfully maintained a GPA of 3.4 or higher throughout your academic career.
You have prior experience working in any field, such as a part-time job, summer job, or internship, which is mandatory.

This is a full-time position based in Harrisburg, PA, requiring on-site presence at our riverside campus.
The role operates during standard business hours, although occasional flexibility may be required to meet critical deadlines.
Successful candidates will undergo an initial "career kickstart" training period to learn foundational hard skills.
Ongoing advanced training sessions are provided by industry experts to support continuous professional development.
Regular team Lunch-and-Learn sessions are held in dedicated on-site training amenities.

This position is located fully in-office at the Harrisburg, PA campus, with the expectation of long-term presence at this location.
Compensation for this role is fixed within the range of $50,000 to $52,500 annually, with the possibility of adjustment based on verified work experience.
