WebFx is seeking an entry-level candidate for our Earned Media team! Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (or will soon have one!), a track record of strong academics, and is excited about all things project management and content strategy. Key facts
What you'll do
Coordinate the entire content production workflow from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring projects move seamlessly through each stage.
Assign projects by matching the right writer to the right project, and ensure timely completion based on client deadlines and internal benchmarks.
Process client revision requests efficiently, analyzing feedback and reassigning projects to the appropriate team members without delay.
Answer detailed questions from writers and marketers regarding project parameters, brand voice, and target audience specifics.
Troubleshoot and resolve project snags as they arise, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent future delays.
Mentor a team of 12+ copywriters and editors, providing regular, actionable feedback on both hard and soft skills to elevate the entire team.
Manage team workloads dynamically, track deadlines rigorously, and ensure your team is set up for success through clear prioritization.
Hold regular 1-on-1 check-ins with your writers and editors, and lead annual review calls to discuss performance, growth, and career aspirations.
Identify individual strengths and areas for growth amongst your team members, and support them in setting and achieving specific, measurable goals.
Plan and execute process improvements designed to simplify workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and support team efficiency on an ongoing basis.
Lead and contribute to special cross-functional projects that support team operations, enhance client satisfaction, and drive overall business objectives.
Collaborate with peers in similar roles across departments, taking ownership of shared responsibilities and ensuring alignment on shared goals.
Act as the primary liaison between copywriters and marketers, offering support and resolving issues related to project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Maintain clear, consistent communication with WebFX marketers regarding project progress, client needs, and any potential risks to project success.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's Degree, and all majors are welcome to apply for this inclusive role.
You are scheduled to graduate within the next year, and upcoming grads are encouraged to apply as we interview and hire up to a year in advance.
You have maintained a GPA of 3.4 or above throughout your academic career, demonstrating consistent intellectual capability.
You have prior experience working in any field, such as a part-time job, summer job, or internship, which has taught you professional fundamentals.
You exhibit strong verbal communication skills, allowing you to articulate ideas clearly and confidently in person and on the phone.
You possess excellent written communication skills, capable of producing clear, concise, and error-free documentation and emails.
You have foundational analytical and research skills, enabling you to interpret data, draw conclusions, and inform content decisions.

Practical notes
This position is based fully in-office at our riverside campus in Harrisburg, PA.
Compensation details fall within the range of $50,000 to $52,500, potentially higher based on work experience.
