Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance, law, business administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related area within the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to the financial industry.
• Proven experience in conducting compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have
