What you'll do

• Lead and manage the Compliance Solutions team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies that align with industry regulations and best practices, enhancing client operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies tailored to client needs.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and trends, ensuring that the compliance solutions offered are current and effective.
• Conduct regular training sessions for clients and internal teams on compliance-related topics to foster a culture of compliance awareness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on compliance matters.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of compliance documentation and reports to regulatory authorities as required.
• Analyze client data to identify compliance gaps and recommend actionable solutions to enhance compliance posture.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and innovation.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CCEP) preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to financial services, including SEC, FINRA, and other relevant regulations.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing compliance programs that meet regulatory requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex compliance issues and develop practical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in compliance management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience in a consulting environment, particularly in providing compliance solutions to financial institutions.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and their impact on compliance practices, such as AI and machine learning.
