About the role
You would be joining the Hole.io team at Voodoo, a group dedicated to shifting focus away from the hypercasual era and establishing a long term brand defined by top notch quality and polish in every creative output. In this position, you would take ownership of creating mobile video ads that are crafted to engage millions of players around the world and drive meaningful results. You would develop a sharp eye for benchmarking competitor activity, constantly researching the market to understand what works and discovering new ideas that push the creative boundaries for mobile gaming. This role requires you to build a deep understanding of performance metrics and user behavior so you can clearly articulate why specific creative choices resonate and drive results. You would operate within a tight, collaborative creative squad composed of people from diverse nationalities and backgrounds, where varied perspectives are valued. You would be responsible for contributing to transversal initiatives, such as testing new tools and workflows that improve efficiency and creativity across teams. Mastery of video editing and content creation would be a core part of your daily responsibilities, ensuring that every asset meets the highest standards of quality. You would be expected to maintain expert level proficiency in After Effects, with additional familiarity with 3D software and Unity providing a distinct advantage for more complex projects. Another key aspect of the role would involve becoming adept at building AI scenarios and leveraging prompting techniques to accelerate ideation and production. Finally, you would need a strong analytical mindset, with a good understanding of benchmarking practices and a creative hacker mindset to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
