You will maintain the fleets of Via's partners, ensuring they operate at peak condition for a range of services. Actively managing daily fleet operations will be central to your responsibilities, as you work to meet established performance metrics consistently. Collaboration with vendors, partners, and local fleet leaders will form a core part of your duties as you coordinate maintenance and shuttling tasks. You will provide clear and timely updates on fleet status to both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment. Tracking maintenance activities and associated costs accurately using designated tools will be essential for your success in this position. Ultimately, you will act as the primary contact for real-time fleet issues, prioritizing operational challenges and devising innovative solutions.

What you'll do

Requirements
- Self-motivated individual who can handle significant responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to new software.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, operations, or fleet management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau is advantageous.
- Experience in managing projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with colleagues, vendors, and partners from various backgrounds.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Proactive in addressing problems and taking initiative when issues arise.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
