About the role
The owns the end to end execution of strategic supply chain and operational transformation programs that directly support the company's rapid global growth trajectory. This role manages multiple concurrent initiatives spanning distribution hub setups, reverse logistics buildouts, and critical software integrations across international markets. The hire will coordinate cross functional teams, track detailed project milestones, and manage all deliverables to ensure successful and timely completion of complex programs. They will drive logistics readiness by organizing site visits, pilot shipments, and partner onboarding with third party logistics providers and brokers to establish seamless new global market fulfillment channels. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong vendor relationships while standardizing onboarding checklists and developing vendor facing playbooks for operational success. The role will also own comprehensive process documentation, playbooks, and training materials to establish standard operating procedures and drive change management across cross functional teams.

Manage high impact initiatives including distribution hub setups, reverse logistics buildouts, and software integrations across global markets.
Drive logistics readiness through proactive site visits, pilot shipments, and partner onboarding with 3PLs and brokers to establish seamless new global market fulfillment channels.
Partner with legal, finance, and regulatory bodies to secure necessary documentation, product certifications, and import export compliance approvals prior to project go live.
Identify operational bottlenecks through rigorous data analysis, leading continuous improvement initiatives and implementing system integrations such as SFDC and CampusShip to increase operational efficiency.
Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships by standardizing onboarding checklists, facilitating system integration, and developing detailed vendor facing playbooks.
Establish SOPs and change management frameworks by owning comprehensive process documentation, playbooks, and training materials to guide cross functional teams and ensure consistent execution.
Track project key performance indicators, project performance metrics, and budgets while proactively identifying blockers, managing risk mitigations, and presenting status dashboards to executive leadership.
Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to align strategic objectives with operational capabilities, ensuring programs are delivered on schedule and within defined parameters.
Leverage project management tools and methodologies to maintain clear visibility into program status, dependencies, and critical path activities across global teams.
Champion a culture of operational excellence by promoting best in class practices, driving standardization, and fostering accountability across the supply chain organization.
Requirements
7+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or international operations with demonstrated success in managing complex initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, with deep familiarity in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
Proven track record of managing multiple complex, cross functional projects simultaneously while navigating competing priorities and strict deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to create clear project documentation, communicate updates to stakeholders, and deliver executive level reporting with clarity and precision.
Demonstrated analytical and data management abilities to track performance metrics, identify risks early, and drive informed decisions based on quantitative insights.
Familiarity with customs clearance processes and international trade compliance requirements to ensure smooth execution of global logistics programs.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism and ownership.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail across large scale programs.
Commitment to a collaborative work style, working effectively with cross functional teams including legal, finance, operations, and leadership to achieve shared objectives.
