What you'll do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and support.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Analyze client performance metrics and provide actionable insights to help them achieve their business goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value of Vendasta's solutions and demonstrating how they can enhance their operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues clients may encounter with our products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the advantages of Vendasta's solutions to clients.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed.
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system to track progress and outcomes.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge of Vendasta's offerings.
- Contribute to team goals by collaborating with colleagues and sharing best practices to improve overall client satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address client needs effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other tools used for managing client relationships and tracking performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving client success.
Nice to have
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry, particularly in a client-facing role.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, social media, and online advertising.
- Previous experience with data analysis and reporting, particularly in relation to client performance metrics.
