What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven features for our websites, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Analyze user behavior and website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize AI functionalities.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI website features, including user guides and technical specifications.
• Conduct regular testing and debugging of AI components to ensure they function correctly and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI and web development to continuously enhance our offerings.
• Assist in the integration of third-party AI tools and services to expand website capabilities.
• Provide support and training to team members on AI technologies and best practices.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for new website features and enhancements.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align website content with AI-driven strategies, improving search engine optimization (SEO) and user engagement.
• Monitor and report on the performance of AI features, using data to inform future development and strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in web development or a similar role, with a focus on AI technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar, with a strong understanding of AI frameworks.
• Experience with web development tools and platforms, including HTML, CSS, and popular content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, enabling effective interpretation of user metrics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning algorithms and natural language processing (NLP) technologies.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
