What you'll do
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their specific cybersecurity needs and challenges.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Venari Security's solutions.
- Develop and deliver tailored proposals and solutions that address client requirements while highlighting the unique selling points of our offerings.
- Act as a technical advisor during the sales process, providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and client feedback.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback on product performance and usability, relaying this information to the product development team for continuous improvement.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Venari Security's products and services, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
- Assist in the creation of sales collateral, including case studies, white papers, and technical documentation that support the sales process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Venari Security's solutions in the market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients and drive lead generation.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning to enhance their effectiveness in closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Participate in post-sales activities to ensure smooth transitions and successful implementations of our solutions, working closely with the technical support team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the cybersecurity or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully supporting sales teams in achieving targets and closing deals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to addressing client needs.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage customer relationships.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
- Experience with security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulations, such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, or HIPAA.
- Knowledge of cloud security and emerging technologies, such as AI and machine learning in cybersecurity.
- Previous experience in a consulting role, providing strategic advice to clients on security practices.
Skills & tools
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and technologies, including SIEM, threat intelligence platforms, and vulnerability management solutions.
- Ability to create compelling sales materials and proposals.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
Practical notes
- This position is based in Les Berges du lac 2, TUNIS, and may require occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
