What you'll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, ensuring our marketing efforts are data-driven and effective.
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the company website, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design promotional materials and campaigns that support lead generation and conversion efforts.
• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage and optimize the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with followers.
• Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and trade shows to promote our products and services and network with potential clients.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Assist in the development of marketing budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in cybersecurity to inform marketing strategies and content.
• Support the creation of internal communications that keep employees informed about marketing initiatives and company news.
• Contribute to the overall brand strategy by ensuring all marketing materials reflect the company's values and mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity sector.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience in the cybersecurity industry or a related technology field.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and optimize campaign performance.
