What you'll do
Develop and implement field marketing initiatives that align with regional objectives and support the growth of the MedTech organization.
Collaborate with Strategy and Account teams to refine territory coverage, ensuring marketing activities are precisely targeted and synchronized with account priorities.
Design and execute demand generation programs that create measurable interest and move targeted accounts through the buying journey.
Own end-to-end planning and execution of events, from concept development to post-event follow-up, maximizing impact and engagement.
Lead the creation of tailored communications and narratives that resonate with key stakeholders in the MedTech ecosystem.
Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts to strengthen brand presence, nurture leads, and reinforce Veeva's thought leadership.
Coordinate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment between campaigns, product launches, and customer success initiatives.
Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and apply insights to future programs across the UK region.
Serve as a strategic marketing partner for key accounts, helping to uncover opportunities and address evolving customer needs.
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to company standards, legal requirements, and Veeva's core values of integrity and customer focus.
Support the development of compelling narratives that connect Veeva's industry cloud solutions to tangible outcomes for MedTech customers.
Act as an operational owner for marketing projects, balancing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
You must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, demonstrating a solid educational foundation or comparable professional background.
You bring a proven track record of at least three years in field marketing, demand generation, or a closely related role within a SaaS or technology environment.
You have direct experience managing complex projects and multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
You are comfortable operating effectively in a matrixed organization, navigating ambiguity, and driving results without direct authority.
You have hands-on experience with digital marketing channels and tools, including but not limited to email, web analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
You are a collaborative team player who actively seeks input, builds trust, and partners effectively with cross-functional colleagues.
You are comfortable traveling within the UK region for marketing events, customer visits, and stakeholder meetings as business needs require.
Nice to have
Experience in the MedTech, life sciences, or regulated industries is preferred, providing context for compliance and customer expectations.
Familiarity with Veeva's industry cloud products and mission-driven approach to life sciences will be viewed favorably.
Practical notes
This role may require travel within the United Kingdom for marketing events, customer engagements, and internal meetings.
