• Drive team productivity by identifying billable opportunities and maintaining accountability for project outcomes.
• Handle project escalations and assist sales teams during pre-sales activities to ensure a cohesive client approach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for project-related communications.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Strategy, and Product to share best practices and project insights for continuous improvement.
• Provide executive sponsorship for internal initiatives, advocating for resources and strategic alignment.
• Lead the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for Veeva RIM deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation at a consulting firm or software vendor, demonstrating a deep understanding of the implementation lifecycle.
• 3+ years of experience in people management, with a proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams.
• Proven track record of growing and leading professional services teams, showcasing your ability to scale operations.
• Demonstrated operational expertise in resource management and utilization, ensuring optimal team performance.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to support client needs and project requirements.
• Strong understanding of life sciences industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
