B2B & Trade Project Manager
Job description
B2B & Trade Marketing Operations Lead at Veepee
About the role
Veepee seeks a B2B & Trade Marketing Operations Lead to join its Marketing Operations team. This role reports directly to the B2B & Trade Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will serve as the central operational pillar for brand initiatives across Veepee's business verticals. You will design and manage the end-to-end workflow that drives meaningful brand activation on Veepee websites. Your focus will be on ensuring that partnership activities are executed precisely and align with the strategic objectives of each product vertical.
The position requires a high level of ownership over complex project lifecycles. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust collaboration frameworks with brand partners. This involves managing critical timelines, identifying potential scope expansion, and implementing controls to keep initiatives on track. A core part of the function will be interpreting strategic briefs from internal and external stakeholders and translating them into clear, actionable operational steps. You will ensure that international brand teams maintain a consistent and accurate understanding of campaign requirements and timelines.
This role is defined by its cross-functional nature. You will act as the primary liaison between Veepee's commercial teams and its brand partners. Your work will ensure that promotional activities are synchronized effectively across all relevant marketplaces. You will be the guardian of project integrity, ensuring that every activation meets the high standards expected by both the company and its brand collaborators. The position demands a methodical approach to planning and a proactive attitude to problem-solving.
Key responsibilities
Your daily contributions will focus on the systematic management of brand activations. You will orchestrate intake procedures, gathering detailed brand requests and verifying all operational constraints. Documentation will be a key output, as you capture expectations comprehensively for planning upcoming campaigns.
You will be tasked with designing specific activation plans for your assigned product vertical or business area. This includes mapping the full scope of product coverage and defining precise target segments. Scheduling touchpoints across various marketplaces will be essential to ensure a cohesive market presence.
Stakeholder management will be a critical daily activity. You will coordinate review cycles, align feedback from numerous parties, and refine marketing materials to satisfy regional compliance standards. A significant portion of the role involves shipping promotional materials. You will monitor the status of these assets, troubleshoot any delivery issues, and confirm that all offers launch on their scheduled dates without delay.
Maintaining partner relationships will be an ongoing duty. You will establish and manage regular syncs, maintain detailed calendars, and share key performance insights. This data will be used to adjust marketing tactics based on observed market responses and trends. You will guide project workflows, tracking every milestone and highlighting potential risks well in advance. Ensuring that each vertical meets predefined quality benchmarks will be a non-negotiable standard.
The role also encompasses knowledge management. You will maintain all project documentation, updating playbooks and archiving critical decisions.
