What you'll do
- Lead Sales Operations and Strategy for the Americas, enabling data-driven decisions, accurate forecasting, and clear pipeline visibility through sophisticated analysis and proactive insight generation.
- Work with Americas Sales Leadership to define and execute the go-to-market plan, optimizing coverage models, territories, and resource allocation to maximize market penetration and efficiency.
- Manage operational rhythm, including QBRs, forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and performance reporting, aligning with global standards while tailoring approaches to regional nuances.
- Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Operations to achieve predictable business outcomes and streamline deal execution, ensuring financial discipline and commercial excellence are embedded in every process.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration among Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams to boost growth and customer satisfaction by orchestrating seamless end-to-end experiences.
- Identify and implement best practices to enhance agility, scalability, and profitability across the Americas Sales business, leveraging lessons learned and benchmarking against industry leaders.
- Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of key performance indicators and dashboards, using tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Clari, and Gong to provide actionable intelligence.
- Partner with leadership to assess market trends and competitive dynamics, translating these insights into strategic adjustments that preserve competitive advantage.
