About the role

The person in this role owns the end to end engineering strategy and execution for Automation Hub as a flagship initiative at UiPath. They are responsible for building a world class product that helps organizations discover and scale automation opportunities through AI powered software. This leader must balance rapid product delivery with long term architecture and engineering excellence while staying close to customers and business outcomes. They will partner with product design and executive leadership to shape the future direction of the platform. What you'll do

Define and own the long term engineering vision and roadmap for Automation Hub in partnership with product and design leadership.

Translate customer and business needs into technical requirements and prioritize work that delivers the highest impact for users.

Lead a frontend focused engineering team while maintaining deep involvement in architectural and product decisions.

Provide technical leadership through code reviews design guidance and hands on prototyping to unblock challenging problems.

Recruit coach and develop engineers to build a high performing organization that delivers with quality and speed.

Requirements

Bring 10 plus years of professional software engineering experience building large scale SaaS products.

Demonstrate a track record of leading engineering teams while maintaining strong technical credibility and hands on involvement.

Show proven ability to deliver complex software products from concept through production and scale in production environments.

Possess deep expertise in modern frontend technologies including React TypeScript component architectures state management and modern web application development.

Show strong understanding of software architecture distributed systems APIs and cloud native development patterns.

Exhibit a history of influencing product strategy through technical leadership and cross functional collaboration.

Have experience hiring mentoring and growing high performing engineering teams in fast moving growth companies.

Communicate effectively with engineering product design and executive stakeholders to align goals and drive outcomes.
