About the role
The role involves being a core member of the UiPath account team for each customer, accountable for technical work streams that help customers strategize and execute adoption plans returning exceptional business value. You will partner with customer executives, COE leaders, architects, and platform owners to define and mature enterprise automation and agentic AI strategies aligned to business objectives. You will guide customers in adopting UiPath's Agentic Automation capabilities, including AI agents, orchestration, human-in-the-loop workflows, and intelligent automation best practices. You will advise customers on Automation Cloud adoption, hybrid architectures, platform modernization, scalability, governance, and migration strategies. You will drive measurable customer outcomes by aligning technical adoption plans with operational KPIs, automation ROI, platform utilization, and business transformation goals. You will present technical strategy, adoption insights, platform recommendations, and innovation roadmaps to both technical and executive stakeholders. You will enable customers on emerging UiPath platform capabilities including Agentic Automation, GenAI integrations, AI Center, Test Cloud, Process Intelligence, and Communications Mining. You will advise customers on automation governance, security, resiliency, compliance, and operational best practices across enterprise automation programs.

- Enable customers on emerging UiPath platform capabilities including Agentic Automation, GenAI integrations, AI Center, Test Cloud, Process Intelligence, and Communications Mining.
- Advise customers on automation governance, security, resiliency, compliance, and operational best practices across enterprise automation programs.
- Provide UiPath Platform infrastructure, installation and upgrade planning, guided assistance, and troubleshooting.
- Enable your customers' technical stakeholders on UiPath Platform best practices relevant to their unique automation pipelines, program objectives, environments, and constraints.
- Conduct design and code reviews for select automations to reinforce and verify those best practices.
- Perform technical health checks of your customers' automation programs and environments, identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement across technical disciplines.
- Collaborate with UiPath Product Support and other subject matter experts to investigate and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Work with Solution Architects and Engineers to develop and deliver technical artifacts, including automation designs, runbooks, and proof-of-concept implementations.
- Monitor customer adoption metrics and platform usage, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Represent UiPath in customer meetings and workshops, building trusted relationships and acting as the primary technical contact.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the customer's business processes, applications, and integration points to tailor automation strategies effectively.
- Support customer success initiatives related to platform adoption, operational excellence, and long-term program sustainability.
- Contribute to internal efforts such as customer stories, reference architectures, and best practice documentation.
- Align technical delivery with UiPath's security, privacy, and compliance frameworks to ensure responsible and scalable automation.
- Demonstrate strong ownership by driving initiatives from discovery through implementation and post-go-live optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a technical account management, customer success, or solutions architect role, preferably in enterprise software or cloud environments.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with automation technologies, including process automation, robotic process automation, and related integration patterns.
- 4+ years of experience working with cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software development practices.
- 4+ years of experience using data analytics and reporting tools to track program performance and user engagement.
- 3+ years of experience with version control systems, scripting, and infrastructure as code concepts.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to technical and executive audiences and facilitating cross-functional workshops.
- Ability to travel up to 25% within the region for customer visits, trainings, and industry events.

- Full-time position.
