What you'll do
- Screen and follow up on business leads sourced from official websites, media channels, and service hotlines to identify potential clients and opportunities for the automation platform.
- Establish contact with existing contracted clients, including distributors and general agents, to nurture relationships and ensure smooth contract renewal processes.
- Follow up on customer contract renewal procedures, maintain relevant records within the company's CRM system, and ensure timely processing of renewal transactions.
- Organize and complete enterprise customer data from both internal and external systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for effective sales management.
- Conduct analytical work related to renewal transactions, providing insights to the sales team and management to optimize renewal strategies.
- Mine, categorize, and organize industry and customer data within the White Space customer segment to identify new opportunities and better understand market trends.
- Support the sales team with tasks such as price submission in sales systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates for sales activities.
- Assist in drafting, distributing, and collecting feedback for marketing emails, social media posts, and soft articles to support marketing campaigns and brand awareness.
- Help compile documents related to solution proposals and sales management, ensuring all materials are accurate, professional, and aligned with company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions within the CRM system to ensure data integrity and facilitate reporting.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product features, sales strategies, and market developments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer engagement strategies to enhance overall team performance.
- Support the sales team in organizing promotional events, product demonstrations, and client visits when necessary.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights that can inform sales strategies and positioning.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts to help management make informed decisions.

Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both languages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated proactive attitude and ability to leverage AI tools to improve work efficiency.
- Over 3 years of experience working with enterprise application software, understanding business workflows and operational management.
- Quick learner with a strong interest in AI applications and emerging technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (SFDC) or similar customer relationship management systems.
- Solid experience in B2B enterprise sales scenarios, including client communication and negotiation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
