Truveta is seeking a Lead Research Enablement Analyst to join our team in Seattle, WA. This position is pivotal in developing and implementing programs that enhance customer onboarding and education, ensuring that users maximize their experience with our platform. You will be a key driver in ensuring that our RED Team empowers users to extract maximum value from the Truveta Platform. Success in this position will be measured by improved customer proficiency and strengthened partnerships. You will play a critical role in fostering a deep, data-informed understanding of EHR data across our client base.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Assume ownership of onboarding initiatives and construct foundational enablement materials for new clients entering the Truveta ecosystem.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of the latest platform features and data updates, transforming complex changes into clear communication for customers through structured programs.
- Architect and deliver training sessions, webinars, and comprehensive resources that center on electronic health record (EHR) data nuances and the capabilities of the Truveta Platform.
- Forge direct partnerships with key client accounts to facilitate their journey toward realizing the full potential and return on investment of the platform.
- Offer expert guidance on the design of EHR-based studies, the definition of analytical cohorts, the interpretation of data outputs, and the application of analytical best practices.
- Compile and maintain detailed reports on customer adoption metrics, usage patterns, and support interactions to refine enablement strategies and identify opportunities for proactive engagement.
- Liaise effectively with Product, Engineering, Support, Success, and Analytics teams to elevate the overall customer experience and drive operational efficiency.
- Develop standardized documentation and playbooks that ensure consistency and quality in the enablement support provided to all customer tiers.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing thought leadership on customer education strategies within the RED Team and influencing best practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by analyzing participant feedback and behavioral data to iterate and improve future initiatives.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of professional experience working with electronic health records, claims data, or other real-world healthcare data sets, coupled with relational databases.
- Bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in customer enablement, customer success, analytics, or solutions consulting roles within a technology or healthcare environment.
- Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities with the aptitude to deconstruct complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights for diverse audiences.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to convey intricate technical concepts clearly and confidently to non-technical stakeholders.
- Show a proven track record of thriving in collaborative, cross-functional team environments where influence and partnership are essential for success.
- Hold the right to work authorization in the United States and be able to perform the essential functions of the role remotely within the country.
- Display a high level of professionalism and ownership in all interactions with internal and external partners.
