About the role
The owns the design and delivery of customer enablement content that translates complex data products into practical, high-value workflows. This role partners closely with customer teams, solution engineers, product, and support to create clear, usable materials that help customers understand the data model, create omni-modal patient journeys, and build successful analytics and machine learning use cases. The position requires a rare blend of technical depth and communication clarity to explain sophisticated concepts in simple, actionable language. The analyst proactively identifies where customers need guidance to move from data access to insights, ensuring enablement materials drive real adoption. Success in this role is measured by how effectively customers can leverage Truveta's data platform to pursue purposeful work and achieve their mission-driven goals. This role is critical for bridging the gap between complex data capabilities and practical customer outcomes.
Key facts
What you'll do
Develop customer-facing enablement content, including notebooks, guides, FAQs, slide decks, and walkthroughs.
Facilitate large exports of omni-model data to customer environments.
Translate complex data products into practical, high-value workflows for researchers, clinicians, and families.
Partner with customer teams, solution engineers, product, and support to co-create clear and usable enablement materials.
Explain the Truveta data model, including structure, relationships, and key entities, in a simple and accessible manner.
Create documentation and notebooks that are easy to follow, reducing the time customers need to become proficient with the platform.
Proactively identify gaps where customers may need additional guidance to move from data access to actionable insights.
Support the development of omni-modal patient journeys that integrate diverse data sources and use cases.
Build enablement content that helps customers construct successful analytics and machine learning use cases on Truveta data.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure enablement materials align with product updates and customer feedback.
Champion best practices for data literacy and help customers understand how to derive trustworthy results.
Gather feedback from customers to refine enablement content and improve clarity, usability, and relevance.
Serve as a technical resource for customer questions, directing them to appropriate documentation, tools, or support channels.
Contribute to the creation of training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives that scale enablement efforts across the customer base.
Act as an advocate for the customer, ensuring enablement materials address real-world challenges and support mission-driven outcomes.

You have experience with data platforms, analytics, or software development, or a combination of these domains.

You are located in a role that may require in-person attendance at least once per year for an onsite meeting.
You must be able to work in the Pacific Time Zone or overlap working hours with the team.

You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
You are comfortable with ambiguity and can make progress without complete information.

Practical notes
For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time.
In person attendance is required at least once per year for an onsite meeting.
