Truveta is seeking a Solutions Analyst to join our team. This position offers a chance to engage with substantial real-world Electronic Health Record (EHR) data, contributing to impactful healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Life Sciences partners to facilitate research and analysis. You will own the end to end delivery of customer analysis requests, translating complex requirements into actionable technical tasks. A core part of this role involves utilizing your technical skills to define analysis scopes and execute studies that drive decision making. You will act as a key liaison between the technical team and life sciences clients, ensuring alignment and clarity on objectives. This role provides an opportunity to directly influence the evolution of the Truveta platform through hands on problem solving. You will contribute feedback derived from client interactions to help shape the future direction of our product offerings.

What you'll do
- Utilize your technical expertise to define customer analysis requests and deliver studies using SQL, R, and Python, adhering to deadlines.
- Collaborate with life sciences clients to assist in producing peer reviewed publications.
- Provide updates on project statuses and work with success managers to ensure clients effectively use the Truveta platform.
- Offer technical analytics support and troubleshoot customer analysis issues during calls.
- Guide customers in data wrangling and analysis using SQL, R, and Python to address their research questions.
- Write regex queries in Databricks SQL to extract clinical concepts from clinical notes as per customer requirements.
- Develop training materials to onboard new researchers as the Truveta platform evolves.
- Work closely with other teams to verify data sources and ensure accuracy for existing customers.
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on customer insights to shape Truveta's product development.
- Conduct data quality assessments to identify gaps and inconsistencies in large scale datasets.
- Translate business requirements from life sciences partners into detailed analytical specifications.
- Perform debugging of analysis pipelines to resolve errors and ensure reproducible results.
- Support the creation of visualizations to communicate findings clearly to non technical stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and collaboration.
Requirements
- A degree in clinical research, data analysis, clinical informatics, or a related field, at either the undergraduate or graduate level.
- Proven experience working with extensive databases containing millions of patient records.
- Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to adhere to established data governance and security protocols.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is required for this position.
