About the role
Truveta is seeking a dedicated Partner Research & Success Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in strengthening our relationships with key stakeholders, including life science clients, academic institutions, and healthcare systems. This position is designed to support our foundational learning community by providing comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, and dedicated support to ensure our customers can fully leverage the capabilities of Truveta's health data platform. As a core member of the Partner Research and Success team, you will be instrumental in helping clients understand, utilize, and derive maximum value from our data resources, fostering long-term partnerships and advancing our mission to improve health outcomes through data-driven insights.

What you'll do
- Manage a diverse portfolio of customer relationships, including onboarding new clients, providing ongoing education, and delivering tailored training sessions to ensure clients are well-equipped to utilize Truveta's platform effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing both straightforward questions and complex data inquiries related to real-world data (RWD), real-world evidence (RWE), and other health data assets.
- Collaborate closely with the Partner Research and Success team to develop detailed project plans, set clear milestones, and track progress on deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Summarize and communicate customer analysis findings through well-structured reports and presentations, branded by Truveta, to facilitate informed decision-making and demonstrate the value of our platform.
- Work to improve internal workflows and operational processes by identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies and proposing actionable solutions to enhance overall team productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Drive customer engagement by facilitating programming and initiatives that help clients maximize their use of Truveta's data, tools, and resources, ultimately increasing customer retention and growth.
- Proactively identify potential workflow challenges or data-related issues, working with clients and internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions before problems escalate.
- Advocate for customer needs within Truveta, ensuring their feedback and requirements are communicated clearly across teams to influence product development and service improvements.
- Travel domestically approximately five times per year to meet with clients, attend conferences, or participate in team events, ensuring strong personal relationships and effective communication.
- Participate in virtual meetings across various U.S. time zones, facilitating collaboration with clients and team members regardless of geographic location.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the health data landscape, including the significance of RWD for the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, to better support client needs and industry trends.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and training materials to enhance the onboarding process and ongoing client education efforts.
- Support the collection of client feedback and insights to inform product enhancements, service offerings, and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, case studies, and success stories to showcase client achievements and promote Truveta's value proposition.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with real-world data (RWD), real-world evidence (RWE), public health research, or regulatory submissions.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, preferably within the life sciences sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages such as R, SQL, and Python.
- Strong understanding of how RWD is utilized within the pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare industries.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex scientific and technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project scopes or client needs.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying issues early and developing effective solutions.
- High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
- Ability to interpret and communicate scientific and technical information to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional demeanor, enthusiasm for the role, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel domestically approximately five times per year for client meetings and conferences.
- Ability to participate in virtual meetings across various U.S. time zones, demonstrating flexibility and strong collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, data science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience in clinical or health research, including literature reviews, study protocol development, and manuscript writing.
- Familiarity with health data standards, regulatory environments, or compliance issues related to health data use.
- Prior experience working with health data platforms or data management systems.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry landscape, including key stakeholders, challenges, and opportunities for data-driven solutions.
Skills & tools

Practical notes
This position is based in the United States and does not require visa sponsorship. Candidates should be able to work in the U.S. and participate in a hybrid work environment, with in-person meetings once a year.
