Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for effective resource allocation.
- Conduct financial forecasting and modeling to support strategic planning initiatives and long-term business objectives.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure the company maintains adequate liquidity for operational needs.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support operational efficiency and cost management.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including executive leadership and the board of directors, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and corporate governance standards, managing relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance department to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel and financial software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
