About the role
The group delivers enterprise IT services to keep staff productive, secure, and connected. You solve complex technical problems and improve IT operations while working with IT colleagues. This role combines hands-on support with ownership of IT services for the Tel Aviv office and remote teams.
Software engineers turn product ideas into working code. Engineers work in small teams, review each other's work, and ship in small batches. Most teams follow agile practices such as sprints and daily standups. Engineers also write tests, fix bugs, and improve performance. The field values clear communication as much as technical skill. Engineers spend part of every week on planning, code review, and debugging, not just writing new code. The ability to explain a technical decision in plain words separates strong engineers from the rest.

What you'll do
Complex hardware, software, networking, and identity issues on macOS and Windows devices are resolved by specialized technical experts.
Support and administration of core IT platforms such as Google Workspace, OKTA, Slack, MDM, and collaboration tools are performed to ensure reliable access.
Laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and office technology are configured, deployed, and maintained to keep users productive.
Secure and user lifecycle management is enabled through owned onboarding and offboarding processes.
Consistent meeting of SLAs and high customer satisfaction is maintained through managed incidents, service requests, and escalations.
IT asset inventory accuracy and lifecycle management are maintained, and hardware procurement processes are supported.
Improvements to support processes, documentation, and automation opportunities are driven by identifying recurring issues.
Technical knowledge is shared through mentorship to raise standards across the IT support team.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in IT Support, End User Computing, or a similar technical role is required.
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills across macOS and Windows environments through practical problem solving.
Effective administration of Google Workspace, SSO, MDM platforms such as Kandji or Hexnode, and SaaS applications.
Fundamentals of networking including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and TCP/IP troubleshooting are applied in real scenarios.
User identity, endpoint provisioning, and access management are managed to support secure access.
Communication and stakeholder interactions follow a customer service mindset to maintain satisfaction.
Multiple competing requests are handled while remaining calm under pressure to meet operational targets.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with scripting or automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar tools is valued.
Proactive risk reduction is supported through experience with endpoint security, EDR, or device compliance solutions.
Cloud infrastructure familiarity such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform aids integration and scalability efforts.
Background in supporting hybrid or global organisations across multiple offices and time zones enhances cross-regional collaboration.
