Requirements
4+ years of experience in Mobile Quality Assurance to ensure sufficient domain knowledge for complex testing.
Proficiency in using proxying tools such as Charles, Fiddler, or similar to inspect and debug network traffic.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex workflows for comprehensive test planning and execution.
Practical experience in API (REST) testing to validate backend integrations and data exchanges.
Attention to detail capable of identifying issues and thinking through undocumented ad hoc use cases that could break the system.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, test types, and best practices to integrate testing effectively.
Accountability, proactivity, and effective time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Jira, TestRail, or similar bug and test tracking tools to manage test artifacts and defects.
Troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills to coordinate across distributed teams.
Experience in the gaming industry is a strong plus due to domain-specific user expectations and engagement patterns.
Working with monetization is a bonus because Puzzleplay directly supports player rewards and engagement.
Willingness to use AI tools to improve QA processes, testing efficiency, and product quality for future workflows.
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher to communicate clearly with global stakeholders.
Practical notes
The role is based in Minsk with hybrid work, requiring office presence Monday to Thursday.
20 days of paid holiday are available in addition to bank holidays, and 20 business days can be used for remote work or to cover mandatory office days.
