This work ensures channel and game opportunities are identified and acted upon.
Campaign performance and player acquisition data are analysed to turn insights into clear optimisation decisions for rewarded channels. Successful channel-and-game combinations are scaled while the portfolio is continuously refined based on performance feedback.
Creative concepts are developed, tested, and iterated with designers to improve campaign performance for rewarded audiences.
New growth opportunities are uncovered through experimentation with cross-functional teams focused on rewarded channels. Performance, insights, and strategic recommendations are communicated clearly to stakeholders across the business. Capabilities are expanded, and new rewarded acquisition opportunities are identified through initiative.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, or a similar growth-focused role is required for this position. Experience in mobile gaming is strongly preferred; experience with rewarded apps or rewarded acquisition partners is highly desirable for this role.
A solid understanding of mobile user acquisition, performance marketing principles, and rewarded acquisition channels is required to succeed. Experience managing paid campaigns across platforms is necessary for effective portfolio management.
Experience with mobile measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar MMPs is required to validate performance. Strong analytical and technical skills enable data-driven decisions using large datasets for rewarded user acquisition.
Experience working with BI and visualisation tools such as Looker or similar platforms is required to communicate insights. Managing campaign budgets, analysing ROI, and optimising marketing spend is expected to protect portfolio efficiency.
A proactive, experimentation-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills is required to iterate on rewarded channels. Clear communication and presentation skills explain performance insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Effective collaboration across Product, Analytics, Creative, and Growth teams is required to uncover opportunities. A curious, highly motivated approach to continuous testing, learning, and improvement is required to refine rewarded acquisition over time.
Nice to have
Experience with mobile measurement platforms and BI tools is advantageous. Experience working with rewarded acquisition partners is highly desirable.
Skills & tools
