Partnership with hiring managers and studio leads defines recruitment standards and practices to deliver a high quality in-house service. You will analyze competitor landscapes to map external talent pools and benchmark offers for competitiveness in the mobile games market. You will create and maintain current talent maps for hard-to-hire, technical, strategic and operational disciplines to support long term planning. Continuous improvement of workflows and systems comes from proactive identification of solutions and process enhancements that increase efficiency and accuracy. You will design and implement structured interview processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with company values. Confidence on video calls supports effective engagement with candidates and stakeholders across different time zones and cultural contexts. The ability to tell a compelling company story and sell opportunities to candidates is required to overcome objections and close top talent. Requirements
At least 3 years' experience in talent acquisition is required for this role. Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems and standard talent acquisition practices is required to manage the full cycle efficiently. Experience hiring for technical and hard-to-fill roles is necessary due to the complexity of the mobile games technology stack. Fluent spoken and written English ensures clear, professional communication with global stakeholders and candidates. An adaptive communicator adjusts style to suit different audiences and stakeholders, from engineers to executive leadership.
