About the role
You analyze and structure complex commercial energy deals for Trawa's B2B platform, ensuring pricing accuracy and alignment with internal stakeholders. You own the end-to-end Configure-Price-Quote workflow, translating customer requirements into precise energy and storage offerings. You partner with Account Executives and leadership to evaluate opportunities, flag exceptions, and coordinate necessary approvals. You manage the integrity of our CRM and deal pipelines, capturing data correctly and maintaining clear visibility into commercial activity. You support rigorous contract reviews for large customers to confirm that terms match their specific needs. You contribute to sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and overall commercial oversight as a key operational partner. You collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to close revenue gaps and improve processes. You bring a data-driven mindset to uncover root causes of discrepancies and drive measurable improvements in conversion and efficiency.

What you'll do
Analyze customer energy usage and cost structures to design tailored energy supply and flexibility concepts for industrial clients.
Build precise and competitive Configure-Price-Quote proposals that reflect consumption patterns, regulatory conditions, and risk parameters.
Evaluate commercial opportunities alongside Sales leadership, highlighting risks, assumptions, and necessary governance steps.
Own the end-to-end deal management process in our CRM, including stage progression, data completeness, and revenue recognition readiness.
Maintain strict version control and governance over contract documents to ensure compliance and auditability.
Perform detailed pricing calculations, including energy, capacity, and ancillary service components, while checking for consistency.
Coordinate cross-functional approvals, working with Legal, Finance, and Product to resolve escalations and close deals efficiently.
Monitor pipeline health, support forecast accuracy, and conduct scenario analyses based on market and customer changes.
Implement and refine CRM processes and data standards to improve reporting quality and decision-making speed.
Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and alignment on post-sale execution requirements.
Champion continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, automating manual steps, and tracking key performance indicators.
Represent Trawa in discussions with customers and partners, ensuring a consistent and professional commercial narrative.
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program or have recently completed a degree in a relevant field.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with large datasets, spreadsheets, and basic scripting for analysis.
You have excellent written communication skills and can structure complex information clearly for both internal and external audiences.
You demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, catching inconsistencies in data, assumptions, and contractual terms before they escalate.
You are fluent in German and English, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers.
You have a strong interest in energy markets, electricity pricing, and the transition toward renewable generation and flexibility integration.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with ambiguous problems and evolving priorities.
You are based in or can relocate to Berlin HQ and are available to work full-time onsite during standard business hours.
Nice to have
Previous experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus but not required.
Basic knowledge of energy trading, electricity markets, or utility operations is helpful but not mandatory.
Familiarity with CPQ tools or configuration logic is a welcome advantage for accelerating onboarding.
Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in our Berlin headquarters.
The role is not eligible for remote work or relocation support at this time.
No visa sponsorship is available for this position.
Working hours are aligned with standard German full-time schedules, and flexibility within core hours may be discussed during onboarding.
