About the role
You serve as the driving force behind Trawa's indirect sales channel, taking ownership of building and nurturing a robust network of installation companies, hardware manufacturers, project developers, and energy consultancies. You operate at the intersection of external partners and internal Sales and Business Analytics teams, guiding partners with questions around Trawa and its battery solutions for their customers. Together, you will cultivate long-term partnerships and expand an end-customer pipeline while actively shaping how companies reduce energy costs, flexibilize consumption, and drive the energy transition through intelligent battery control. As renewable energy generation becomes increasingly dynamic, you will join the Trawa team to help position the European mid-market for the future.

What you'll do
- Build and develop sales partnerships: You will design and manage strong partnerships centered on intelligent battery control to acquire new business customers, articulating concrete value from consumption flexibility and cost savings to additional revenue opportunities.
- Cultivate partner relationships: You will establish trusted, long-term relationships with installation companies, hardware manufacturers, project developers, and energy consultancies, acting as a vital link between external partners and internal Sales and Business Analytics teams.
- Generate pipeline: You will proactively approach potential partners and end customers, leveraging your network to build a growing pipeline of qualified prospects for Trawa's intelligent battery control.
- Analyze battery storage potential: You will assess the battery storage potential at partner customer sites and advise them as the primary contact regarding possibilities and joint implementation.
- Optimize partnerships: You will continuously develop existing partnerships, introducing innovative ideas in areas such as offer processes and compensation models.
- Make results measurable: You will work autonomously and creatively with partners, measuring activities against KPIs aligned with Trawa's ambitious growth targets.
- Contribute market and industry expertise: You will monitor sector trends, regulatory developments, and the competitive landscape in the battery storage field, making informed strategic decisions and deepening dialogue with partners.
- Represent Trawa in the field: You will translate complex products into clear, tangible narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging and value communication.
- Support partner enablement: You will provide partners with the tools, content, and guidance needed to sell Trawa's solutions effectively and confidently.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Business Analytics to align strategies, share insights, and drive joint execution.
- Identify new use cases: You will uncover and validate new application scenarios for battery control, demonstrating tangible benefits for different customer segments.
- Track and report performance: You will maintain accurate records of interactions, outcomes, and learnings to inform ongoing strategy adjustments and decision-making.
- Drive commercial outcomes: You will focus on achieving concrete commercial results, including revenue growth, partner acquisition, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay market-aware: You will keep a close eye on policy changes, technological advances, and pricing dynamics to adapt your approach and recommendations accordingly.
- Act as a trusted advisor: You will position yourself as a reliable partner who understands the challenges and opportunities facing modern energy businesses.
- Foster collaboration: You will encourage open communication and cooperation among partners to maximize collective impact.
- Maintain solution clarity: You will ensure that the value of Trawa's technology is consistently communicated in accessible terms to non-technical audiences.
- Support training needs: You will assist partners in understanding product features, benefits, and best practices through structured onboarding and enablement activities.
Requirements
- You bring at least two years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally with a focus on partnerships, customer service, or sales. Experience in the energy or battery storage sector is a plus, but not required.
- You have completed a bachelor's degree or a relevant vocational training.
- You are passionate about interpersonal dynamics and the development of successful partnerships, with a demonstrable track record in this area.
- You enjoy approaching people and feel comfortable building and developing new business contacts.
- You communicate clearly and persuasively and can mediate between partners, Sales, Marketing, and Technology.
- You speak fluent German and possess good English skills at a minimum B2 level.
- Experience in complex or technical sales or a solid understanding of the energy market and relevant technologies, such as EMS, battery storage, or energy markets, is a plus.
- You take pleasure in making complex products understandable and tangible in simple language.
- You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate to Berlin.
