What you'll do
Execution of assigned projects is driven from intake through NTP, with clear progression and accountability maintained by the development workflow. Project development strategies are created, sustained, and implemented, incorporating risk identification and mitigation to lower uncertainty for stakeholders. Technical solutions are woven into executable development plans that respect engineering and commercial boundaries. Collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders ensures consistent alignment and sustained momentum. Go/no-go recommendations are shaped by de-risked criteria and formal gate reviews to guide investment decisions. Projects are readied through NTP and continuity is preserved through COD to enable a smooth handoff to execution teams.
Requirements
7-12 years of experience in BESS, renewables, or data center development forms the baseline for this scope of work. Background in BTM energy systems, microgrids, or DER-integrated projects is preferred for context relevant to modern energy workloads. Strong understanding of interconnection processes, permitting, and site control is necessary to navigate regulatory and technical steps effectively. Familiarity with data center or large-load development is preferred due to specific load profiles and timeline demands. Experience managing cross-functional teams and external consultants coordinates complex workflows across diverse partners. Demonstrated skill in managing complex schedules, budgets, and risk frameworks ensures disciplined project delivery. Authorization to work in the United States prior to joining TransGrid Energy LLC is required, and sponsorship is not provided.
