This position centers on the technical connections that health systems depend upon. For every organization we serve, the reliability of EHR integration determines whether Heidi enhances clinical practice or disrupts it. We are seeking an Integrations Project Manager to own the North American EHR integration roadmap for EPIC, Oracle Health, WELL Health, OSCAR Pro, and related specialty builds. You will operate within the Regional Integrations Reliability domain under the Regional Product Manager. This role involves direct accountability for execution, not merely coordination. You will define timelines, anticipate threats, and ensure engineering, product, and field teams honor commitments to real customers.

What you'll do

Define and manage the North American integration schedule from scoping through production deployment for each health system.

Maintain a living milestone plan that provides clarity on platforms such as EPIC, Oracle Health, eCW, and athenahealth.

Serve as the primary liaison between Customer Success and engineering teams to route requirements and incident feedback to the correct owners.

Manage the integration stage-gate workflow, tracking vendor access, reliability validation, feature-flagged deployment, and post-launch stability.

Surface technical, resource, or vendor challenges the moment they appear to prevent surprises in customer interactions.

Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track delivery health for North American leadership.

Oversee technical scoping, certification, launch, and ongoing collaboration where projects require formal vendor or EHR partner engagement.

Translate strategic product goals into day-to-day engineering execution and commercial expectations.

Ensure documentation is thorough enough to support Sev-1 and Sev-2 reviews without gaps.

Connect day-to-day engineering execution with product strategy and enable smooth onboarding and demonstration materials.

Requirements

You bring four or more years of experience in project or program management, preferably within healthcare technology or complex SaaS environments.

You can interpret technical scope well enough to distinguish realistic timelines from optimistic assumptions.

You have managed multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining rigorous attention to detail.

Your communication style is direct and calm, providing timeline clarity before it becomes a problem.

You operate effectively across engineering, product management, and commercial functions.

You understand the appropriate context for each discipline to align priorities and resolve dependencies.

Prior experience with EHR or EMR ecosystems, interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7, or health system IT procurement is a distinct advantage.

You are comfortable working within a structured stage-gate framework that emphasizes reliability and compliance.

You are able to work independently while coordinating across distributed teams and stakeholders.

Performance Indicators

Your success will be measured by the predictability and quality of integration delivery. Key indicators include sprint completion and defect escape rates, speed of initial triage, and adherence to reliability gates. You will also contribute to the broader reliability goals of the integrations swimlane, including 99.9% enterprise uptime, low change-failure rates, and reduced integration incident resolution times.
