Sales Manager, Business Development
Job description
About the role
You will architect and execute the coaching framework that transforms incoming talent into elite Pre-Approval Advisors (BDRs) capable of high-level sales execution. This position demands a leader who thrives on building process rigor while simultaneously scaling the human capabilities of the team through targeted development. You will own the end-to-end performance of the pre-approval pipeline, ensuring that every interaction moves the candidate closer to a successful Loan Advisor handoff. Expect to immerse yourself in the daily behaviors of the team, driving execution through calls, texts, and meticulous responsiveness that keeps the pipeline fluid and productive. You will diagnose performance gaps using precise data analysis and implement coaching strategies that measurably improve conversion at every stage. A core part of your mission will be to hire, onboard, and ramp new PAIs, constructing a robust bench of future Loan Advisors that ensures the department can scale without sacrificing quality. Collaboration with sales leadership and cross-functional partners will be essential as you work to refine the customer experience and optimize conversion rates through iterative improvements. Ultimately, you will lead by example, coaching and developing the team while using every insight to raise the bar on performance and predictability.
