Compensation: $140,000 to $180,000 USD annually What you'll do Design demand generation campaigns that activate users across search, social, and email channels. Architect content systems that establish authority and guide developers from awareness to activation. Quantify market signals and funnel metrics to steer strategy toward efficient growth. Orchestrate product narratives alongside partners to highlight feature value for creators and educators. Oversee budget allocation and channel mix to maximize return on marketing investment. Champion brand consistency while enabling local adaptation for global markets. Build go-to-market playbooks that synchronize sales motions with inbound demand. Forge alliances with partners to co-create narratives that expand our ecosystem reach. Requirements You must possess ten years of marketing experience, including two years leading teams in SaaS or development tools. You must demonstrate fluency in data-driven decisions, interpreting SEO, CAC, and conversion metrics. You must excel at storytelling, transforming complex features into compelling, movement-worthy messages. You must have hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta, and core analytics toolsets. You must communicate with precision, crafting clear copy for both long-form and brief formats. Nice to have Prior experience navigating no-code or low-code development platforms. Background in fast-paced start-up environments driving growth initiatives. Hands-on familiarity with tools like Webflow and Brevo for campaign execution. Practical notes This position is based in San Francisco with an office; global remote collaboration is enabled. The work week requires presence during overlapping hours with hubs in San Francisco, New York, and Dublin.
