Job description
About the role
Thunkable is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team where you will turn product and business data into actionable insights that directly influence product strategy, growth initiatives, and the overall customer experience. You will act as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Leadership, helping them understand user behavior and the financial impact of their initiatives. A core part of this role involves driving end-to-end analysis, including funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention studies, segmentation, monetization analysis, and the measurement of experimentation results. Beyond performing analysis, you will be responsible for improving the quality and accessibility of our data by collaborating with engineering on event tracking, integrating data from disparate systems, and ensuring our analytics foundation is robust and supports better decision-making across the entire business. You will document standards and work to establish a single source of truth for metrics so that the organization can rely on consistent definitions. Ultimately, this position is critical for building a data-driven culture where insights lead to validated learning and continuous product improvement.
