Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in scheduling, project management, or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with construction processes, methodologies, and industry standards.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work under tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar credentials.
- Experience with Lean Construction principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control processes in construction projects.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and its application in scheduling.
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a project management context.
