Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or inspection within the construction industry.

- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including OSHA and other safety guidelines.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey quality-related information to team members and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Proficient in using inspection tools and software for quality control documentation and reporting.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
Nice to have
- Certification from a recognized quality control or inspection organization (e.g., ASQ, ICC).
- Experience with construction management software and quality control systems.
- Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and materials.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within quality control.
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.
