What you'll do

• Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze requirements for Workday functionalities and enhancements.
• Design and configure Workday solutions to meet the specific needs of the organization, ensuring alignment with best practices.

• Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing any issues or questions related to Workday functionalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Proficiency in Workday modules such as Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial Management, or Payroll.
• Experience in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshooting issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting capabilities within Workday.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.

Nice to have

• Workday certification in HCM or Financial Management.
• Experience with data migration and integration processes between Workday and other systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Previous experience in a construction or real estate environment is advantageous.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to HR and finance systems.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in Workday configuration and administration.
