What you'll do

• Lead and manage multiple power generation and industrial projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedules, and resource allocation, while continuously monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the power generation or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, with a focus on power generation and industrial applications.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction and energy industries.
• Ability to travel as needed to project sites and client meetings.
