What you'll do
- Lead the prefabrication division, managing all aspects of operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop innovative prefabrication solutions that meet project specifications and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and sustainability in all prefabrication processes.
- Oversee the design and engineering of prefabricated components, utilizing advanced software and technology to enhance productivity and accuracy.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on prefabrication.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale prefabrication projects from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and technologies related to prefabrication.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as design software relevant to prefabrication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety and quality assurance in all aspects of construction and prefabrication.
