What you'll do
- Lead and manage multiple clinical engagement projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and technology, to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress and potential risks.
- Implement and refine engagement strategies that enhance participant recruitment and retention in clinical trials, leveraging Teckro's innovative technology solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical trial sites, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to effectively utilize Teckro's platform.
- Analyze engagement metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize processes.
- Facilitate training sessions for clinical site staff on the use of Teckro's technology, ensuring they are well-equipped to engage with participants effectively.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, including clinical research organizations (CROs) and healthcare providers, to enhance collaboration and support project goals.
- Prepare and present project updates and findings to senior management and other stakeholders, showcasing the impact of engagement initiatives on trial outcomes.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in clinical engagement, integrating relevant insights into Teckro's strategies.
- Support the development of marketing materials and communication strategies to promote Teckro's engagement solutions to potential clients.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the organization, sharing insights and lessons learned with the team.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the clinical research or healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from engagement metrics.
- Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulations, including GCP and ICH guidelines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a preference for experience in Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

- Experience with digital health technologies or platforms, particularly in the context of clinical trials.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with external partners.
