Business Development Representative
Job description
Business Development Representative at Tava Health.
About the role
In this strategic top-of-funnel position, you own the research and outreach that feeds a high-performing sales engine. You will use advanced tools and data to identify the right employers at the right time and build the context needed for sharp, personalized outreach. Your core responsibility is to book qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive team by turning interest into scheduled conversations. You navigate the complex employer-broker dynamic so that every interaction moves a potential deal forward. High performers in this role may earn the opportunity to travel, represent Tava at industry events, and present at broker offices, accelerating career growth through real-world exposure. Success here means you consistently convert interest into pipeline and demonstrate clear results to stakeholders. This role is designed for someone who prefers thoughtful strategy over volume and leverages technology to amplify human connection.
