Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Tava Health
About the role
This role is for a strategic and hands-on marketer who will build and manage programs that guide users through their journey with Tava Health. You will design and implement campaigns to attract therapists and prescribers, encourage patient sign-ups and engagement, and support commercial partnerships, while also managing the technical aspects of the marketing technology stack.

What you'll do
Develop comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies and execute campaigns to recruit healthcare providers, increase patient acquisition and session completion, and activate business collaborations.
Continuously refine campaign elements, including subject lines, messaging, delivery timing, audience segmentation, and calls to action, through rigorous testing to enhance engagement and conversion metrics.
Create, write, and edit clear, brand-consistent copy for lifecycle communications that effectively reach providers, individuals seeking mental health support, and business partners.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to establish, implement, and troubleshoot the data and event tracking infrastructure essential for lifecycle campaigns.
Define event schemas and resolve data discrepancies between various systems, such as CRMs, webhooks, and email service providers.
Determine optimal architectures for event tracking, including API-based methods versus native integrations, to ensure reliable and scalable campaign triggers.
Manage and optimize the marketing automation platform, employing advanced templating logic for dynamic campaign creation.
Build, test, and deploy responsive email and SMS templates using HTML/CSS and conditional templating languages, ensuring correct display across all devices and clients.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize ongoing journeys and inform future strategies.
Evaluate and scale the marketing technology infrastructure, assessing needs for customer data platforms, email service providers, and data pipelines, while ensuring compliance with regulations like HIPAA.
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Possess 6-9 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM management, or email marketing, ideally within a fast-paced technology or health and wellness company.
Demonstrate a proven ability to drive measurable conversions.
Have expert, hands-on experience with a modern marketing automation platform, such as Iterable or HubSpot, including proficiency in template logic, event-triggered campaigns, and API troubleshooting.
Possess a working understanding of event tracking and data infrastructure, with comfort in collaborating with engineering teams on API event tracking, webhook architecture, and data structure alignment.
Exhibit strong strategic thinking and copywriting abilities, capable of translating complex concepts into persuasive and clear messaging.
Be proficient in setting up and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.
Be proficient in HTML/CSS and conditional/templating logic, such as Handlebars, Liquid, or similar, for building dynamic templates.
Possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data from tools like Mixpanel, BI platforms, or Excel to guide decision-making.
