In this role, you will take charge of the partnership with IKEA France, acting as the primary point of contact for all related initiatives. Your main focus will be on achieving performance goals and managing operations to support growth ambitions. What you'll do
- Act as the main contact for IKEA France, facilitating daily communication and collaboration.
- Understand IKEA's goals, challenges, and the competitive landscape to better align strategies.
- Work closely with various internal teams to ensure operational success and efficiency.
- Organize regular meetings to evaluate performance, streamline processes, and ensure alignment on objectives.
- Assess performance metrics across different channels and share insights with stakeholders to inform strategic business decisions.
- Identify and implement initiatives aimed at improving performance, utilizing both analytical and practical methods.
- Deliver presentations on Taskrabbit's value proposition to IKEA personnel during training sessions and represent the brand in strategic discussions.
- Oversee key commercial performance indicators such as Jobs Requested, QFR, AOV, and Net Revenue to drive business outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national teams and store managers through consistent in-person interactions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and performance data to enhance partnership effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to align on promotional strategies and initiatives that benefit both Taskrabbit and IKEA.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and lessons learned with the broader team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or client relationship management, with a successful track record in managing and growing key partnerships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity and navigate complex situations effectively.
- Fluent in French and proficient in English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Residency in Paris is required for this position.
- A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in retail or partner management roles.
- Strong operational execution skills and a keen analytical mindset.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires entrepreneurial thinking.
- Willingness to travel frequently within France and occasionally to London for meetings and collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience working with large retail partners, particularly in a partnership management capacity.
- Familiarity with the home goods or furniture industry, especially regarding IKEA's business model.
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.
- Knowledge of performance management tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with CRM software and performance tracking systems.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Practical notes
The successful candidate will be employed through Rippling, which will serve as the Employer of Record (EOR). This position is structured under a labor portage model, with a maximum contract duration of 36 months.
Compensation & Benefits
Taskrabbit offers a competitive and transparent salary structure. The base salary for this role ranges from €63,000 to €80,000, not including additional compensation such as bonuses and benefits. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
