About the role
The Iberia country manager owns the design and execution of the Spain and Portugal marketplace strategy to achieve sustainable demand and supply balance. This role combines commercial strategy, cross functional collaboration, and local operations to translate global objectives into local decisions and actions. You will drive revenue and contribution margin targets while representing Iberia in internal discussions and initiatives that move the market forward. Success depends on your ability to lead data heavy operations in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and to build strong relationships with partners and tasker operations teams. You will oversee local fulfillment, supply activation, and client retention through on the ground initiatives that enhance marketplace health. The position requires targeting global partnerships with external players to expand reach and create additional value for the business. You will lead the Tasker Operations and Partner Management function, providing clear direction and cross functional support to ensure success.
